Valentine's Day Friday 14th Feb
Valentine’s Day is a HUGE day/week for us. We order over 1,000 roses in and we work all the hours under the sun. Something that really helps us organise the chaos is when customers pre order! It means we can allocate our roses, manage time and plan our delivery routes in advance which means everyone gets their orders delivered as quickly as we possibly can. Last year we had 70 deliveries for 14/02, and managed to get them all to their recipients by 1pm with the help of 3 delivery drivers! Quite alot for a weeny little shop huh! If you preorder your roses, it does not mean that you have older stock. All of our roses are coming in on Tuesday 11th Feb, they need a couple of days to stand in water to get a good drink so they are looking their best for you on the day, after their long journey over from Ecuador. We also need time to take off all those naughty thorns for you!
Please support your local florist this year, it may cost you a little bit more, but you really do get what you pay for, and we want to keep our high streets alive! We look forward to seeing you! HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY
